Parent & Me Gymnastics
Ages 18 months–3 years

Parent & Me Gymnastics is the perfect first step into the gym! This class allows little athletes to explore movement, balance, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills with the comfort and support of a parent or caregiver by their side.

Through obstacle courses, age-appropriate activities, songs, games, and guided play, athletes will build confidence, body awareness, listening skills, and independence while having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

A parent or caregiver is required to participate with each athlete.
