Gymnastics

Parent & Me (18m-3yrs)

This class brings an adult onto the floor amidst the excitement in this child-directed program. It’s primarily for fun and parental/child bonding. Music and movement exploration is a major part of the curriculum. Hand/eye coordination and gross motor skills are developed along with small motor development. Participants also begin working on beginner gymnastic skills such as rolling, cartwheels, jumping, balance beam, and bar.

Preschool (3-5yrs)

Our preschool classes learn more than just tumbling. Students will learn fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, fast-paced class, while simultaneously gaining confidence, body awareness, strength, and flexibility – the main building blocks for continued success in gymnastics. These classes focus on the accumulation of skills, the social skills necessary to work in a group, and also the ability to string skills together, mentally and physically.

Kindergarten, 1st-3rd Grade & Up Gymnastics (5-9+yrs)

Students will work on all 4 events – floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Utilizing the concept & techniques of progression, beginner students will learn the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in the sport of gymnastics.  The skills practiced in class include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, jumping on the trampoline, balance beam and bar.

1st-2nd Grade (6-8yrs)

Students will work on all 4 events – floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Utilizing the concept & techniques of progression, beginner students will learn the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in the sport of gymnastics.  The skills practiced in class include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, jumping on the trampoline, balance beam and bar.

3rd Grade & Up (9yrs & up)

This class is more skill-oriented than our Shining Starz classes. There is more structure with an emphasis on gymnastic skills. This class will encourage greater gymnastics development and stay focused on learning skills. They use all the gymnastic equipment including uneven bars, balance beam, and trampoline. Tumbling activities including handstands, cartwheels, and bridges will also be a major part of this class.

Shooting Stars (Coach Approval Needed)

This class is designed for the student with good listening skills. This class will encourage greater gymnastics development and stay focused on learning skills. They use all the gymnastic equipment including uneven bars, balance beam, and trampoline. Tumbling activities including handstands, cartwheels, and bridges and more will also be a major part of this class.

Boys Beginner Gymnastics

This class is an introduction to the world of boy’s gymnastics. Students will begin to learn the skills needed to develop their understanding of gymnastics. They will be introduced to the parallel bars, rings, mushroom, and pommel horse.

Boys Intermediate Gymnastics

Boys will begin to go more in depth learning the skills in the previous class. Your athlete must have coach’s approval to advance to this class.


Tumble


Ninja

Ninja combines obstacle course training, gymnastics and freestyle movement. Lil Ninja classes are the building blocks of athleticism in preschoolers ages 3-5 years. NinjaZone combines gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior for athletes ages 6-11 years.

Aerial Silks

Beginner Class – Intro to Aerial Silks
This introductory class is designed for those new to aerial silks and focuses on building a strong foundation in both strength and stability. Students will learn essential skills such as foot locks, basic climbs, beginner poses, and an introduction to beginner-level drops. This class emphasizes proper technique, body awareness, and confidence in the air, creating a safe and supportive environment to start your aerial journey.

Intermediate Class – Building Strength & Flow
The intermediate class is the next step after completing the introductory level. This class continues to build strength and stability while introducing more complex skills such as hip keys, intermediate poses, and dynamic drops. Students will begin connecting movements and learning choreographed routines set to music, helping develop flow, control, and performance quality in the air.

Advanced Class – Strength, Precision & Performance
The advanced class is designed for students who have progressed through the beginner and intermediate levels and are ready for a challenge. This class focuses on developing advanced strength and stability while learning intricate drops, complex poses, and higher-level techniques. Students will refine their skills through choreographed routines set to music. While this is the most challenging level, those who have followed the program progression will be well-prepared to succeed and continue pushing their limits.
